Applying Crop Marks Individually to Multiple Images

You can apply crop marks "for each row" or "for each data entry" within a group of images. Although this increases the time required for output, it also increases the accuracy when performing printing and cutting or cutting with crop marks. Depending on the model you are using, this setting may be disabled.
  1. In the job list, double-click the printing job that includes cutting lines.
This setting is not possible for printing jobs that do not include cutting lines.
    The Job Settings window appears.
  2. Click .
  3. Set Copy under Print Properties.
Set the number of copies to output.
  4. Click .
  5. Select the Crop Marks (Print&&Cut Alignment) check box, and then choose For Each Row or For Each Data Entry.
    • For Each Row: Crop marks will be applied with the row of images treated as a single group.
    • For Each Data Entry: Crop marks will be applied to each individual image.
The preview window can be used to check how crop marks are applied.
  6. Click OK.
Crop marks can be applied to nested jobs in the same manner. However, all the jobs must be the same size.
