With a large quantity of image data, a memory shortage may occur on the computer, which may lead to failures in processing by the RIP, output, and job importing. You can avoid memory shortages in the application by adjusting the amount of the computer's memory that is used during processing by the RIP, output, and job importing.
Click Edit - Preferences.
The Preferences window appears.
Click the General tab.
Adjust Memory Amount under Adjust Amount of Memory Used in RIP.
Drag the slider or click its left and right sides to change the amount of memory.
